Artègo USA has announced a new chapter in its U.S. distribution operations, with Axel Weiss and his son Marc Weiss taking direct control.

Artègo USA has announced a new chapter in its U.S. distribution operations, with Axel Weiss and his son Marc Weiss taking direct control. The previous model involved leaving the management of the U.S. market primarily to an independent importer.
The new leadership has introduced a strategy focusing on strengthening relationships with salons, distributors, educators, and sales professionals. This includes a direct, long-term commitment to these groups, aiming to enhance collaboration and support.
Artègo USA is prioritizing curbing unauthorized online sales to maintain the integrity of its professional distribution network. The company has made significant progress in cleaning up unauthorized online sales, and the continued protection of salons and authorized distributors is now being actively managed.
A new professional home has been provided for the existing Artègo sales team, with sales compensation being doubled. This reflects the company's belief that its success must be shared with the people who make it possible.
Artègo USA is actively building a brand new, updated website to support salons, distributors, and sales professionals throughout the country. The website will feature the Artègo Elevate Rewards program, which allows salons to earn points that can be redeemed for free Artègo retail products, accessories, and hair tools.
The Artègo Elevate Rewards program has four straightforward reward levels, with benefits beginning from the salon's first dollar of qualifying purchases:
| Level | Benefit | | --- | --- | | Bronze | 5% | | Silver | 10% | | Gold | 15% | | Platinum | 20% |
Professional education is another major cornerstone of the new Artègo USA strategy. Marlo Steenman will lead the company's Education Department and develop programs that help stylists and salons strengthen their technical knowledge, creativity, and business performance.
Artègo USA believes that a professional brand must provide much more than outstanding products. Salons need accessible education, dependable service, business-building support, and marketing tools that help them grow.
The company is now dividing the country into dedicated territories, creating opportunities for qualified distributors to assume responsibility for existing Artègo salon accounts and serve those salons directly. Artègo USA is also welcoming experienced sales professionals who want to discover a more rewarding way to work around enjoyment, respect, opportunity, and genuine partnership.
Under the leadership of Jenna Rothenstein, the Artègo Marketing Team is developing a new salon-focused website that features modern, high-quality marketing materials and beautiful imagery from the recent Artègo USA photo production in Mallorca, Spain.
Artègo USA is entering an exciting new era: stronger, more focused, and more ambitious than ever, with renewed leadership and a clear commitment to long-term growth in the United States. Whether you are an existing Artègo salon, a distributor, a sales professional, or a salon interested in joining the Artègo family, the Artègo USA team is ready to support you.
